Alexa Joel has offered words of love and support in her first public statement since her dad, Billy Joel, announced he was canceling his concerts for medical reasons. The Piano Man singer, 76, revealed last week that he had been diagnosed with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH), a condition where excess cerebrospinal fluid builds up in the brain ventricles. 'SOUND UP,' the singer and songwriter, 39, began with her usual greeting.
