Salma Hayek has revealed that she works out just four times a year as she showcased her flexibility in a new interview. The Mexican American actress, 58, is no stranger to showcasing her incredible, age-defying figure whether that be on a red carpet or in a bikini-clad Instagram snap. However while some may think that the star may have to hit the gym hard in order to maintain her physique, Salma insists that it isn't the case and in fact would rather avoid exercises such as running.
