Prince George,Princess CharlotteandPrince Louismade their Easter return, joining their parents,Prince WilliamandKate Middleton, for the royal family's annual holiday tradition.

The fivesome joinedKing Charles,Queen Camillaand other members of the royal family for the Easter Matins Service at St. George's Chapel in Windsor on Sunday, April 5.

The outing marked the first public outing for Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7, since Christmas, when theyjoined the royal familyas they attended Christmas church services at St. Mary Magdalene on the Sandringham estate.

It's also the first time Prince William, 43, Princess Kate, 44, and their kids haveattended Easter with the royal family since 2023. That year, Prince Louisjoined the holiday outing for the first time. Prince George and Princess Charlotte made theirroyal Easter debutthe previous year together.

The family skipped services in 2024 shortly after Kate announcedher cancer diagnosis. They also celebrated privately last year, months after the Princess of Wales shared in January 2025 that she was in remission. Then, the familyspent the holiday in Norfolkat their country home, Anmer Hall, where they often travel when the kids have time off from school.

In addition to their royal traditions, Prince William and Princess Kate have previously revealed that George, Charlotte and Louis also celebrate Easter with traditional festivities likeegg huntsand lots of candy.

During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, William and Katevisited with healthcare workers via video calland shared their Easter plans.

"There will be a lot of chocolate being eaten here, don't worry!" William assured.

Kate turned to her husband with a laugh, replying, "You keep eating it!"

Despite their future royal roles — including Prince George's path to the throne — Prince William and Princess Kate have worked to keep life as normal as possible for their children.

A source with close links to the palacepreviously told PEOPLEof the couple, "They are doing a very good job of gradually bringing George and his siblings into the public sphere as and when required but also in a relaxed and pretty informal way."
