Noel Fielding made a rare public appearance at a Kasabian gig in London's O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire on Tuesday night. The TV star, 51, has rarely been seen in public since he mysteriously quit filming for his Apple TV show The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin, due to an unknown 'health reason'. However, Noel looked in fine spirits as he gatecrashed the stage amid the joint BRITs Week 25 gig with indie rock band Blossoms in aid of War Child.
