Bold plans for conservative version of The View to appeal to Trump voters
Plans are under way to create a conservative opinion show based on the format of The View. The project is being overseen by Patrick Soon-Shiong, the billionaire owner of the LA Times, as part of a new venture that he has dubbed LAT Next, according to a report by Status. It is unclear exactly how the show will be distributed but it is said to be focused on 'digital-first personalities' who will appeal to the MAGA base.
