Summer Kay Harrington was born on Wednesday, Nov. 27, weighing 6 lbs., 13 oz. and measuring 19 inches long. She joins big sister Sienna, 14 months. "Our first daughter, Sienna, has been full of love for her new sister Summer," Atwood tells PEOPLE.
