Irwin started a consensual relationship with the 16-year-old they usually had intercourse at his Oldham house.

He was interviewed by service cops after leaving the Harrogate school for the Parachute Regiment.

In the course of the probe, he's stated to have threatened to kill her sergeant's dog and joked he would "murder her" if she advised anyone that they had met.

The teen advised cops: "I'm so afraid of him — he doesn't care about guidelines."

Irwin admits a cost of intercourse with a toddler but denies intimidation.

The trial at Bulford Army Courtroom, Wilts, continues.
